Step into Events ↗The maker behind the brand
Nicole is the founder and creative mind behind Custom Crafts By NA — a business built from the ground up with heart, instinct, and a deep love for meaningful details.
She didn't set out to build a business. She followed a creative instinct that refused to sit still.
After earning her Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and working in mental health clinics, Nicole chose to step away from her career to focus on raising her family. As a mom of three, she found joy in creating — and during the COVID lockdowns, that creativity found a real outlet. With a used Cricut machine and a spark that needed somewhere to go, she began making custom pieces for friends and family, one order at a time.
One order became another. Small projects turned into large-scale requests. What began with a single machine quickly evolved into a full-scale production studio — expanding into laser cutting, engraving, screen printing, and more — built piece by piece through passion, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Every client, every project, every opportunity has come from the community she has shown up for, supported, and grown alongside. Her business was built entirely through word of mouth — through people who trusted her work, shared it with their friends, and kept coming back.
Today, her work goes beyond creating custom pieces. It's about building identity within each event — designing not just to look beautiful, but to feel personal. Because to Nicole, it's never just about the product. It's about the moment behind it.
Detail-obsessed. Design-driven. Community-built.
